Add some fluff to those pancakes of yours. This recipe is a great option for your sourdough discard and will yield approximately 8 medium pancakes.
- ¾ c - Active Sourdough Starter
- ¾ c - Flour
- ¾ c - Milk
- Qty 1 - Egg
- Splash of Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ tsp - Baking Soda
- Chocolate Chips or Other Add-in (Optional)
- Dough Hook
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and allow to rest for 10-30 minutes.
Cook on medium heat.
