This is the best dough stir I’ve found. I have several others and they don’t fit down into small starter jars. So if you only maintain a small amount of starter then this is the one for you!!

I love all of the products I purchased from Barlow & Co. I've been using an old rolling pin that was basically falling apart over the past 15 years and couldn't bring myself to get a new one because I wasn't sure where to purchase from. When I looked on Barlow & Co, I fell in love with the dark color of the rolling pin they had... The craftsmanship is top-notch, heirloom quality for sure! I ordered the Cherrywood. The finish is silky, and the wood grain is gorgeous. Great product!! I absolutely love this Scraper! It feels so comfortable in my hand, and I have great control with it. The wood is solid and heirloom quality plus it is beautiful. It is sharp enough to cut my dough in sections as well. I ordered the cherrywood and now I want them in all finishes.

I was excited to add a narrow danish whisk to my sourdough tool collection and this works great in my starter jar or when mixing my smaller batches.
