HOW OLD IS YOUR STARTER?

• That's a great question.  We know the history of our starter dating back 10 years - before that we don't.   Every starter is heavily influenced by its environment, including your home.  Things like temperature, humidity, and elevation can affect your starter.  Once you rehydrate Bobbie Jo, it'll begin to morph to your immediate environment and home, essentially making it truly yours!
