Nice long handle to keep my fingers out of the way. Works well and looks very nice. Much smoother than the exact knife I was using.

Just used for the first time and I love it. Long enough to use in my tall mason jars and big enough to get in all the nooks and crannies. Stirs up my sourdough starter and water much faster than a spatula I’ve been using and stirs in the flour much faster and smoother too. Cleans up very well and looks great. Sturdy, attractive and best of all does its job extremely well.

My mom and I recently revived an interest in breadmaking and learning sourdough starter. I love my Danish dough hooks and was thrilled to track dough the narrow dough hooks that fit in the sourdough starter jars. I bought one for her birthday (and got myself one!)

This is the best dough hook I’ve owned not only because it’s so well crafted but also due to the size of the hook. It is larger than most and has the perfect design to mix your flour without having so much stay stuck in the grooves. Much easier to remove excess dough
