Taco Tuesday anyone?
- 1 ½ c (210g) - Flour
- 1 ¼ tsp (7g) - Salt
- ¼ c (56g) - Butter, softened
- ⅓ c + 1 tsp (100g) - Water
- 100g - ActiveSourdough Starter
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and allow to rest for 10-30 minutes.
Divide into small balls and set on a baking sheet for 20 minutes. Size of the ball depends on the size of the tortilla that you want.
Once ready, roll out tortillas on the counter using flour to prevent them from sticking.
Cook on med/high heat to desired color.
PRO TIP: We use a Crepe pan
