Barlow & Co Bread Lame

Lame = French for the perfect design.  Used to score your sourdough to make it uniquely yours.  Our bread lame comes with a natural veg-tan leather sheath and 5 blades.  A brass knob keeps the blade tight and also allows you to rotate the blade so you can attack your design at any angle.

• Hand wash only with soap and warm water
• If necessary, brighten the finish on your handle with food-grade oil
