Use the Dough Hook for mixing anything in a bowl, from bread dough to cookies to pancakes.  The Bottle Whisk is the best tool out there for feeding your sourdough starter.  And the Baby Hook is perfect for mixing any of those smaller batches of your favorite recipes.

Each handle is very comfortable and beautifully crafted from American hardwoods: Walnut (dark), Maple (light), and Cherry(medium) - no stains or dyes; it's the real thing.  We use a copper ferrule and heavy gauge stainless steel wire, making our dough hook incredibly durable.  These are handmade in the USA by the craftsmen of Barlow & Co.

Care Instructions:

• Hand wash only with soap and warm water
• If necessary, revitalize the finish on your handle with food-grade oil
• If you want to bring out the shine of the copper, use a Scotch-Brite pad or steel wool
