The UFO Bread Journey is made of solid American black walnut and stainless steel hardware. Ambidextrous, designed for ultimate fine control over scoring with a retractable blade for safety - no more cuts for blade holders!

• Wire Monkey uses no chemicals to treat their wooden lames and they must be maintained by occasionally conditioning them with oil. We recommend using our conditioning oil. The lames come pre-treated in our oil and seepage onto the paper wrap and envelope will occur!
