This whisk is an absolute game changer. I had gone from previously using a rubber spatula in my Weck jar to this. The handle is long and sturdy and the whisk just blends the flour in so effortlessly and much more quickly. Npt to mention the craftmanship is absolutely beautiful. It makes me actually really look forward to feeding day now. Everyone absolutely needs this.

Since I just ordered the bow knife I have not had a need to use it for that yet. But I did use it on some other products and it has worked very well! Did a great job conditioning the wood.

I recently got my bottle whisk. It makes creating the best starter possible. Mixing starter with it is so easy and efficient! I would recommend this beautiful bottle whisk to anyone that is a sourdough baker.
