"Bobbie Jo" Sourdough Starter

A dehydrated starter is the perfect option if you're looking to get in to sourdough.  With 20g., you'll have 2 attempts at getting it rehydrated.  Store any remaining dehydrated starter in your freezer to extend shelf-life.

Each order includes 1 packet with 20 grams of Barlow & Co's sourdough starter, Bobbie Jo.  We use organic, non-bleached, all-purpose flour when feeding our starter.
