A dehydrated starter is the perfect option if you're looking to get in to sourdough. With 20g., you'll have 2 attempts at getting it rehydrated. Store any remaining dehydrated starter in your freezer to extend shelf-life.
Each order includes 1 packet with 20 grams of Barlow & Co's sourdough starter, Bobbie Jo. We use organic, non-bleached, all-purpose flour when feeding our starter.

Very fast shipping and the product was very nicely packaged.
On a whim, I ordered the dehydrated starter since my starter was acting pretty weak. This starter became very active quickly! If you need a new, strong starter order here, you will be amazed!
This order had two starter packets to be delivered. I only received one. I sent an email. No response has been received.
This was resolved. They sent me an additional packet. They also called me. Great customer service.
