I love this knife! It’s so nice to find something that can be customized for left or right hand. As a lefty we always tend to get left out (get it) haha. In all seriousness though it makes cutting into those fresh loaves so much better with no smashing!

When you're making sourdough grilled cheese for your grandchildren, this is very important. Recently, I just purchased the Bannetons and my bread was the very best I've ever made. But, here's the thing. Working with quality tools makes me happy and I'm more likely to use them because I love them so much. The videos have given me the confidence and security I needed to confidently bake all the things.
