Great addition to my sourdough arsenal. The strength and quality are very impressive. Using this hook makes cleanup a breeze. I previously was concerned about the amount of dough that would stick to my hands. Not any more. Not only is the dough incredibly efficient, it's quite beautiful. The craftsmanship is wonderful.

This is the best dough stir I’ve found. I have several others and they don’t fit down into small starter jars. So if you only maintain a small amount of starter then this is the one for you!!

I love all of the products I purchased from Barlow & Co. I've been using an old rolling pin that was basically falling apart over the past 15 years and couldn't bring myself to get a new one because I wasn't sure where to purchase from. When I looked on Barlow & Co, I fell in love with the dark color of the rolling pin they had...
